Upgrade kit

I have a 3560 24TS-S switch. If I purchase this upgrade kit will it effectively turn the switch into a 24TS-E ?

Basically, the difference between WS-C3560-48TS-S and WS-C3560-48TS-E is Basic IP routing and Advanced IP routing. This includes support for dynamic routing protocols other than RIP. The CD-3560-EMI allows Advanced IP routing, so yes, you can say that this will be a TS-E after the upgrade.
